Hi, I’m Mercedes Denham, RN, BSN, founder of Swan Hydration.
I’m a Pittsburgh-area local, wife, mom of four, and registered nurse with more than 17 years of nursing experience. Over the years, I’ve worked in critical care and home health, caring for people in some of the moments when knowledgeable, compassionate care matters most.
I created Swan Hydration because I wanted to bring that same personal approach to wellness — but make it comfortable, convenient, and easier to fit into real life.
