Swan Hydration comes to you — and not just to your home. We set up at gyms, studios, workplaces, and community events across the Pittsburgh area, offering IV hydration and wellness injections on site, given by a registered nurse.

How a pop-up works

1. A host invites us — A gym, studio, office, or event organizer gives us a date and a corner to set up in.

2. We bring everything — Supplies, seating, and screening. You provide the space; we handle the rest.

3. Everyone is screened first — Every guest completes a Good Faith Exam and consent before any service. If a drip isn't right for someone, we say so.

4. Guests relax, we handle cleanup — Most visits take under an hour. We pack out everything we brought in.

What to expect

1. Pick a date — You choose the day. We confirm the details and send you wording and a graphic to share with your members.

2. We set up — We arrive early and set up in a corner of your space — seating, supplies, and a check-in table. You don't rearrange your business for us.

3. Guests sign in and get screened — Each guest checks in, completes a Good Faith Exam and consent with our nurse, then picks their service.

4. Services run — Drips and injections happen through your event. Most visits take under an hour, and guests pay us directly.

5. We pack out — When we're done, everything leaves with us, and we'll tell you exactly how many guests we saw.
