A city service, shaped around Pittsburgh's map
Pittsburgh is not one place — it is 90 neighborhoods, three rivers, and a lot of bridges, and we come to all of it. Wherever you are in the city, our nurse comes to you.
Downtown and the Golden Triangle — offices, hotels, and apartments in the heart of the city.
Oakland — Pitt, CMU, and Carlow students and staff, and patients and families near UPMC Presbyterian, UPMC Montefiore, and Magee-Womens.
North Side and North Shore — around PNC Park, Acrisure Stadium, the Warhol Museum, and Allegheny General.
Uptown and the Hill District — near PPG Paints Arena, Duquesne University, and UPMC Mercy.
South Side and Mount Washington — East Carson Street, SouthSide Works, Station Square, both Inclines, and Grandview Avenue.
The Strip District and Lawrenceville — warehouses turned shops, restaurants, and rowhouses.
Bloomfield, Shadyside, and Squirrel Hill — near West Penn Hospital, UPMC Shadyside, and Chatham University.
East Liberty, Highland Park, Greenfield, and Hazelwood — and Schenley Park in between.
Brookline, Carrick, Beechview, Brighton Heights, Troy Hill, Polish Hill, the West End, and every neighborhood in between — if you are in the city, we come to you.

First, the honest part
An IV is support, not treatment. It does not cure anything, and it is not a substitute for medical care. What it can do is put fluids, electrolytes, and vitamins back directly when you are depleted — honestly, and no more than that.
Every visit starts with screening — a brief intake, a Good Faith Exam by phone, and consent — before any IV is placed. If an IV is not right for you, we will tell you plainly.
The menu, matched to the Pittsburgh day
Every visit starts the same way — screening, a short phone exam, and consent — and every drip is placed and monitored by a registered nurse who stays with you the whole visit. Same prices as everyone else pays.
IV Hydration — $199
Fluids and electrolytes, nothing dressed up — the straightforward drip.
Hangover & Recovery — $259
Fluids, electrolytes, B vitamins, and comfort support reviewed at screening. It is not a cure, and it does not sober you up.
Immunity — $319
Hydration plus vitamin support. General support, not a shield — it does not prevent or treat colds or flu, and the flu shot is still the best protection.
Beauty — $289
A skin, hair, and nails support blend on a full hydration base. Popular with wedding parties. It supports; it doesn't transform.
Myers Cocktail IV — $275
B-complex, vitamin C, magnesium, and calcium — the IV clients ask for by name.
Athlete Recovery — $295
For the Pittsburgh Marathon, the Vintage Grand Prix, and the trails. Recovery support — not treatment for injury, concussion, or heat illness.
Wellness Injections — $35
NAD+ IV — priced by dose
250 mg — $250; 500 mg — $400; 750 mg — $600; 1,000 mg — $800.
