Work With Swan Hydration

Swan Hydration is a nurse-led mobile IV hydration practice serving the Pittsburgh area. Our nurses bring IV hydration to clients at home, at work, in hotels, and at events — and as we grow, we're adding per-diem RNs who love IV work and working independently in the field.

Mobile IV Nurse (Per-Diem RN)

You'll travel to clients across our Pennsylvania service area (Allegheny, Washington, Beaver, Butler, Westmoreland, Fayette, and Greene counties), assess each client under our medical director's protocols, start IVs, administer hydration and wellness infusions, and monitor the visit start to finish. Visits are scheduled through our booking system within our 7:00 AM–10:00 PM hours — you choose the availability you offer.

What You Need

  • Active Pennsylvania RN license

  • Strong IV insertion skills — this is IV work all day

  • Current BLS certification

  • Clinical experience (ER, ICU, infusion, or med-surg preferred)

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • A smartphone for scheduling and visit notes

  • Professional, warm bedside manner — you’ll be a guest in clients’ homes

  • Background check completed before your first visit
