It is a residential community in Presto, in Collier Township, built around The Club at Nevillewood and its Jack Nicklaus Signature Course — the only Nicklaus Signature course within 100 miles, opened in 1992 and ranked among Pennsylvania's finest ever since. Custom homes line streets named after other Nicklaus courses. From 1998 to 2005 the club hosted the Mellon Mario Lemieux Celebrity Invitational, which raised millions for cancer research. It is a beautiful, private, deliberately quiet place — and it is about twenty minutes from our base in Canonsburg. Swan Hydration is a nurse-led mobile IV service. We come to your home in Nevillewood, any day, 7am–10pm.

Myers Cocktail — $275. A long-standing combination visit many of our regular clients choose as part of routine wellness care. We describe it plainly: hydration with a mix of vitamins and minerals, given as support. It is not a cure or a treatment for any condition, and we will tell you that ourselves during your screening.
Beauty — $289. The club calendar runs on weddings, galas, and member events, and the mornings before them run on very little sleep. This visit offers hydration and nutrient support as part of getting ready. We make no glow or anti-aging claims — just support, honestly described. NAD+ — from $250. Our longest visits, from two to five hours depending on dose, priced from $250 to $800. At home is simply the better setting for a long appointment. We make no disease or aging claims for NAD+. Start with a free consultation so we can talk through whether it fits you at all.
If you expect to book through the year — golf season alone will do it — ask about membership. Members receive member pricing, the only special pricing we offer.
How a visit works
- Book. Book online at /appointments or call or text 412-312-4707, for any time from 7am to 10pm.
- Screening and consent. We complete a health screening and a phone good-faith exam before the visit, and we review consent with you. If we do not think a visit is appropriate, we will not do it.
- The nurse comes to you. We come to your Nevillewood home, set up, and remain with you for the full visit. If gate access needs arranging, tell us when you book and we will follow your instructions.
