Privacy Policy — Swan Hydration

Swan Hydration is a nurse-led, RN-owned mobile IV hydration business serving the Pittsburgh area. We come to you — at home, at work, in a hotel, or at an event — and we take the same care with your information that we take with your health. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Contact information — your name, mobile number, and email address when you book an appointment, enter our monthly drawing, or join our email list.
- Booking information — your appointment date, time, service, and the address where we'll meet you.
- Health information you provide — when you book, we ask about your health history, current medications, and allergies so our nurse can decide whether a drip is appropriate for you. This information is provided through our online scheduling and intake process.
- Payment information — payments are processed by Squarespace Payments and Square. We do not store your full card number on our own systems.
- Website information — like most websites, ours collects basic usage data (pages visited, browser type) through cookies and analytics provided by our website platform, Squarespace.
Cookies
We use cookies to run this site and understand how visitors use it. Cookies and analytics on this site include Squarespace, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Tawk (live chat).
How we use it
- To schedule, confirm, and provide your appointment — including appointment reminders by text and email.
- To review your health information before treatment so your nurse can provide care safely and tell you honestly if a drip isn't right for you.
- To contact you about the monthly drawing if you enter (including if you win).
- To send membership and offer updates only if you asked to receive them. You can opt out of texts or emails at any time.
- To run and improve our business and website.
What we never do
- We never sell your personal information or your health information.
- We never share your health information for marketing purposes.
Who we share it with
Only the services that help us operate: Acuity Scheduling for bookings, Squarespace for website hosting, Squarespace Payments and Square for payments, CharmHealth for medical records, and Quo for calls and texts — each only receives what it needs to do its job. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Your choices
- You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to medical-record retention requirements).
- Reply STOP to any text or use the unsubscribe link in any email to opt out of marketing messages. Appointment reminders for a booking you've made will still be sent.
A note on emergencies
Swan Hydration provides wellness services — we are not an emergency service. If you are having a medical emergency, call 911.
