Mobile IV Hydration in Pittsburgh's South Hills
Swan Hydration is a nurse-led mobile IV service for the South Hills. We come to homes, offices, hotels, and events across Bethel Park, Mt. Lebanon, Upper St. Clair, Dormont, Castle Shannon, South Park Township, and the Peters Township area — no clinic waiting room, no drive into town. This region is tied together by familiar routes: the T light rail from South Hills Village to Downtown, and the Route 19 / Washington Road corridor daily life runs through.
We are based in nearby Canonsburg and serve Pennsylvania only. We are open 7am–10pm daily. Call or text 412-312-4707 to book, or to talk first. Every visit is given by a nurse.
Popular visits in the South Hills
IV Hydration — $199. Our core hydration support visit. South Hills clients often book it after a long commute week, after travel, or after a weekend at South Park, the 2,013-acre Allegheny County park in Bethel Park and South Park Township with trails, a golf course, and a wave pool. It is fluids and support — not a shortcut around drinking water and rest.
Hangover & Recovery — $259. For the morning after a wedding, a reunion, or a night out along Washington Road. We come to your home or hotel so you can stay put. Hydration support while you recover, with food, water, and sleep still doing most of the work.
Immunity — $319. A hydration and nutrient support visit many South Hills families schedule in fall and winter, when school, office, and T commutes put everyone in close quarters. It does not prevent illness. The flu shot is the protection for flu — see flu season for our plain-language guide — and this visit is support, not a shield.
Beauty — $289. Booked most often before a planned event — a wedding, a photo day, a reunion around the Galleria of Mt. Lebanon or South Hills Village. We describe it honestly: hydration and nutrient support as part of getting ready, alongside sleep and your normal routine. We make no promises about how you will look.
Wellness Injections — $35. A brief, lower-cost nutrient support option for regulars who want something smaller between IV visits. We will review what is available during your screening before you decide. See membership if you expect to book more than once.
How a visit works
- Book. Book at /appointments or call or text 412-312-4707. Choose a time from 7am to 10pm that fits around work, school, and the T schedule — not the other way around.
- Screening, phone good-faith exam, and consent. Every client completes a health screening and a phone good-faith exam first, and we review consent together. If an IV is not appropriate for you, we will tell you directly.
- The nurse comes to you. We arrive at your South Hills home, office, hotel, or event venue with everything needed, set up in a clean, comfortable spot, and stay for the full visit.
Life in the South Hills
The anchors here are practical, not postcard. South Hills Village, at Washington Road (Route 19) and Fort Couch Road in Bethel Park, is both a shopping center with more than 130 stores and the southern terminus of the T's Red and Blue lines — commuters park, ride Downtown, and shop on the way home in the same trip. Further north on Washington Road, the Galleria of Mt. Lebanon at 1500 Washington Road and Mt. Lebanon's Washington Road business district give the region its second center of gravity.
That routine is why mobile care fits here. Between commutes, practices, and family schedules across five municipalities, few people have a spare hour for a waiting room. A visit at home, early or in the evening, is often the only version that actually happens.

Local FAQ
Which South Hills communities do you cover?
We serve Bethel Park, Mt. Lebanon, Upper St. Clair, Dormont, and Castle Shannon, plus nearby South Park Township and the Peters Township area. If you are just outside those names, call or text 412-312-4707 with your address and we will confirm before you book — we serve Pennsylvania only.
Can you do a visit before I catch the T or after I get home?
Yes, within our hours. We open at 7am and take visits through 10pm daily, so an early visit before a Downtown day or an evening visit after you are home from South Hills Village station can often work. Book the exact time at /appointments so the nurse's route is planned around you.
Do you do wedding and group visits in the South Hills?
Yes — homes, hotels, and event venues are all places we work. Wedding mornings are busy and close quarters, so contact us well ahead of the date to talk through group size, timing, and screening for each person. Each guest is screened individually, and each person decides for themselves.
