1 — No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Entry is free.

2 — About This Scholarship

This scholarship honors Alice Gallagher, grandmother of co-founder Mercedes Denham, RN. One $500 award is given each cycle, and the winner is chosen by random drawing from all eligible entries.

3 — Eligibility

You may enter if you are 18 or older and a legal U.S. resident; live in Allegheny, Washington, Beaver, Butler, Westmoreland, Fayette, or Greene County, PA, or are enrolled at a nursing program in one of those counties; and are currently enrolled in, or graduated within 12 months before the entry deadline from, an accredited nursing program (ADN, BSN, hospital diploma/RN, or LPN-to-RN bridge). Not eligible: Swan Hydration employees; owners’ immediate family (including the Denham and Gallagher families); members of the same household as any of the above; and drawing administrators. One entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed. The Sponsor may require proof of eligibility before payment.

4 — Entry Period

March 1, 2027, 12:00 a.m. ET through April 15, 2027, 11:59 p.m. ET.

5 — How to Enter

Complete the entry form on the scholarship page, including your full name, email, nursing school and program, expected or actual graduation date, county of residence, and eligibility certification. No purchase or booking is required or accepted.

6 — Prize

One $500 scholarship, designated for tuition and required fees, books, supplies, and required equipment. It is paid directly to the winner’s school where the school permits; otherwise it is paid to the winner with the same designation. The prize is non-transferable, and substitution is only by the Sponsor at equal value. Total prize value: $500.

7 — Random Drawing and Odds

A random drawing is held within 7 days after the Entry Period closes, from all eligible entries. The Sponsor keeps a record of the drawing. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8 — Winner Notification

The winner is notified by email within 7 days of the drawing and must respond within 7 days and provide any requested proof of eligibility. If the winner does not respond, is ineligible, or declines, an alternate winner will be selected by the same process. The award is paid within 30 days after verification.

9 — Taxes

The winner is responsible for any taxes. Tuition and required-expense use by a degree-seeking student is generally excludable under IRC §117; other uses may be taxable. The Sponsor gives no tax advice. The award amount is below the Form 1099-MISC reporting threshold.

10 — Publicity

With the consent collected at entry or acceptance, the Sponsor may announce the winner’s first name, last initial, school, and program. A photograph or quote will be used only with separate written permission.

11 — Privacy

Entry information is used solely to administer the scholarship and, only with separate opt-in, to send Swan Hydration news. It is never sold. You may request deletion by writing to Hello@swanhydration.com after the cycle closes.

12 — General

The Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the scholarship for fraud, technical failure, or legal requirement, and may disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process. Notice of cancellation will be posted on the scholarship page. The Sponsor’s decisions are final. Pennsylvania law governs. Void where prohibited.
