Inside the Immunity Drip: What Each Part Is There For

The Immunity drip is our most complete drip, and the one I explain most carefully — because the word "immunity" invites promises I won't make. Here's what's in it, what each part is there for, and the line I draw at the end. It's $319, and like every Swan visit it starts with screening and a Good Faith Exam before a nurse comes to you.

The foundation and the parts

It starts with a full liter of IV fluids. Hydration first — that is the foundation the rest of the drip builds on, and on a run-down day it's often the part people feel most. Then the additions: vitamin C, an antioxidant nutrient that supports normal immune function. Zinc, an essential mineral that also supports normal immune function. B-complex plus B12 (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6) for everyday energy and focus support. And glutathione, the body's master antioxidant, rounding it out.

Notice the verb I keep using: supports. These are nutrients with real, ordinary jobs in a healthy body — delivered by vein, in about an hour, at home.

What it is not

Support, not a shield. The Immunity drip does not prevent the flu or any other illness — the flu shot is the best protection there is, and getting yours matters more than anything in this bag. What the drip does is support your hydration and nutrient intake during the season when everyone's running on fumes. We will always tell you the difference. If you want the seasonal picture, our Flu Season page has it.

Who books it? Usually someone heading into a stretch they can't spend run down — a houseful of holiday guests, the first month of school, a work trip on top of a sick house. They stack it with sleep and the shot, not instead of them. That's exactly the order we'd recommend.
