You Just Landed. You Don't Have to Feel Like It All Day.

Swan Hydration is a nurse-led, RN-owned mobile IV service. Our nurse comes to your hotel room, your Airbnb, or your home anywhere in the Pittsburgh area — no clinic, no waiting room, no driving anywhere feeling like that. We're here 7 AM to 10 PM, every day.

Sound familiar?

Travel wrings people out in predictable ways. Different trips, same dried-out feeling at the end of them.

The red-eye. You slept in pieces in a seat, and now it's morning in Pittsburgh and coffee is not the same as being hydrated.

The dry cabin. Hours of recycled airplane air leave most people landing a quart low.

The big day tomorrow. A presentation, an interview, a keynote — you need to feel sharp, not wrung out.

The wedding weekend. Rehearsal dinner, a late night, and early hair and makeup.

The game-day weekend. Tailgate early, night late, flight home.

Whatever brought you here, the common thread is simple: travel is dehydrating, and landing behind on fluids makes everything else about the trip harder than it has to be.

The honest part (read this first)

We'd rather tell you straight than sell you a story.

An IV does not cure jet lag. It does not reset your body clock, erase a short night's sleep, or treat anything. What an IV can do is put fluids and electrolytes back directly when you're depleted and drinking water alone isn't catching up.

That's support — real, practical support for a rough travel day. The rest of feeling human again still comes from food, light, and sleep, on their own schedule. We can help with the hydration part, honestly. We just won't dress it up as more than it is.

Pick your drip

Every visit starts the same way — screening, a short phone exam, and consent — and every drip is placed and monitored by a registered nurse who stays with you the whole visit.

IV Hydration — $199

Fluids and electrolytes, nothing dressed up. The straightforward choice when travel has left you dry.

Hangover & Recovery — $259

Fluids, electrolytes, B vitamins, and comfort support reviewed at screening. For the morning after the reception, the reunion, or the tailgate.

Immunity — $319

Hydration plus vitamin support. General support, not a shield — it does not prevent colds or flu. The flu shot is the best protection against flu; we don't sell it and still say get it.

Beauty — $289

A skin, hair, and nails support blend on a full hydration base. Popular with wedding parties. It supports; it doesn't transform.

Myers Cocktail IV — $275

B-complex, vitamin C, magnesium, and calcium. The IV clients ask for by name.

Same prices as everyone else pays. A $50 deposit holds your appointment, or pay in full at booking, whichever you prefer.

Not sure which one fits?

Call or text 412-312-4707, tell us how you're feeling and what's on your schedule, and we'll help you sort it out — including if the honest answer is a water bottle and a nap.

How a hotel visit works

1. Book ahead or book from the plane.

Online at /appointments, or call or text 412-312-4707.

Frequent travelers: book around your flight when you book the flight — we'll plan the visit for after you land, and we work around hotel check-in and check-out times.

2. Screening comes first, always.

A brief intake, a Good Faith Exam by phone (about 5 minutes), and consent come before every visit. If an IV isn't right for you, we'll tell you plainly.

3. Our nurse checks in at your front desk like any visitor.

Professional attire, one bag — no carts, no noise.

4. The visit happens in your room.

Most visits take 45–60 minutes, and everything we bring in goes back out.

If your flight lands late or your plans shift, call or text us. Travel days go sideways; we'll work with you.

Staying at a hotel? Ask your front desk.

Many of our partner hotels keep Swan cards at the front desk. Guests referred by a partner hotel's front desk or concierge get 10% off their visit. One discount per booking, and it doesn't combine with membership pricing or other discounts.

No card at your desk? No problem — you can still book directly, and we'll take care of you just the same.

Hotels, if you're reading this and want cards for your desk, call us at 412-312-4707 — there's no cost and no contract, and your staff lift nothing.

Why travelers trust a nurse in the room

Letting a stranger into your hotel room is a trust decision. Here is what you are actually getting:

A licensed registered nurse at every visit — no techs, no handoffs.

A nurse-led, RN-owned service. Swan was founded by Mercedes Denham, RN, BSN, a Pittsburgh-area nurse with more than 17 years of experience in critical care and home health.

Medical director oversight on every visit protocol.

Screening, a Good Faith Exam, and consent before every visit — no exceptions.

Fully insured, with documentation available to hotel management on request.

Sterile, single-use supplies, and a nurse who stays with you for the entire visit.

Traveler questions

Do I have to be staying at a hotel?

No. We come to hotels, Airbnbs, offices, and homes across Allegheny, Washington, Beaver, Butler, Westmoreland, Fayette, and Greene counties.

My flight lands at 8 AM and the meeting is at noon. Is that enough time?

Usually, yes. Most visits take 45–60 minutes, and we will tell you plainly before you book if the timing will not work.

Can I book before I fly in?

Yes — book around your flight when you book the flight, and we will plan the visit for after you land.

If your flight is delayed, text us at 412-312-4707 and we'll adjust with you.

Will the hotel mind?

Hotels are used to us. Our nurse checks in at your front desk like any visitor — professional attire, one bag, no carts, no noise.

I'm a flight crew member / I travel to Pittsburgh every week. Anything for regulars?

Yes — if you travel here often, ask us about Swan Circle membership.

You came a long way. Start the visit feeling like it.

Book the visit, and let the trip be about the reason you came — the meeting, the wedding, the game, the people. We'll handle the hydration part, honestly and in your room.
