Thanksgiving, Present for It.

A nurse comes to you, all Thanksgiving week — so you can be present for it, not just get through it.

The week that fills the house

Thanksgiving week asks a lot. There are flights, long drives, and a grocery list that takes two trips. And there is a house filling up with people you love, arriving from everywhere, each carrying whatever cold is going around back home. It is the best week of the fall — and the week those colds sit down at the table.

Our Immunity IV is IV fluids with vitamins and nutrients, for support during a run-down stretch — before the company arrives, or in the days after. That word matters to us: support. It is not a shield, and it does not prevent anything.

The honest part, from a nurse: the flu shot is the real protection against flu, and we do not sell it. Our Flu Season page (https://www.swanhydration.com/flu-season) explains what actually helps — and its finder locates free flu shots near you, the appointment worth making first.

Every visit starts with screening and a short Good Faith Exam by phone. If a service is not a fit for you, we will say so plainly.

$319 for the Immunity visit. No facility fee, and the price does not change when we arrive.

For the one doing the cooking

Somebody cooks for fourteen, is up first, and sits down last. By Friday, that person has been running on coffee and adrenaline for days.

Our IV Hydration visit is a liter of IV fluids at your kitchen table, at an hour you choose — we work 7am to 10pm, every day. Book it ahead of the big day, or on the quiet morning after, when the house is still. A straightforward way to catch up when you know you are behind.

$199 for the IV Hydration visit.

Friday morning

Thanksgiving night tends to run long — family in from out of town, one more glass, one more story. Friday morning arrives either way.

Our Hangover & Recovery IV is IV fluids and support for the morning after a late night, delivered at your home, without leaving your couch. It is not a reset button, and we will not sell it as one — just a reasonable way to catch up on fluids when you are behind, before the leftovers and the early lines, if you are brave.

Book the slot the night before, while you still remember — holiday mornings fill quickly.

$259 for the Hangover & Recovery visit.

A word of thanks

Most of my nursing years were spent in critical care and home health, where I learned something simple: people remember who showed up. This year I get to show up in your homes instead — helping neighbors feel well enough to enjoy the people they love.

I am grateful for that, and for every family who trusted a nurse they had just met to come through their front door.

Thank you.

Our thank-you: code SWAN10 takes 10% off any visit, all week. It comes off every price above.

How a visit works

1. Book. Pick a time that suits you — we serve the Pittsburgh area 7am to 10pm, every day, across Allegheny, Washington, Beaver, Butler, Westmoreland, Fayette, and Greene counties.

2. Intake and a short exam. You complete a brief intake, then a Good Faith Exam by phone, about five minutes, and sign a consent form. We review your health history, medications, and allergies before anyone drives anywhere.

3. We come to you. Home, hotel, or workplace. You get settled somewhere comfortable, your nurse places the IV, and she stays with you for the visit — about an hour.

Not sure yet?

You do not have to know exactly what you want before you contact us. Call or text us at 412-312-4707 and tell us what your Thanksgiving week looks like — traveling, hosting, or just trying to stay well through it. We will talk it through honestly, including if the honest answer is rest and a glass of water.

That's what we're here for.
