People imagine mobile IV bookings are random — a Tuesday here, a Saturday there. They're not. After enough visits, a pattern shows up, and it's really just a map of when life runs people dry. These are the six occasions that fill our calendar.
The weekend bookends
Saturday morning is wedding morning: the getting-ready room, hair and makeup happening, and a party that's been running on adrenaline and not much breakfast. Sunday is its mirror image — the morning after, when the celebration was worth it and the couch is the only plan. Close behind is race day recovery: Pittsburgh runners who gave everything to the course and want fluids and rest of the day back.
The week in between
Travel days are a steady one — red-eyes, jet lag, and the particular wrung-out feeling of a day in airports. Then there are pop-ups and events, where we set up for groups, and the quietest regular of all: the big work week, booked by people staring down five days they can't afford to spend run down.
A honesty note, because it's on the graphic too: those six occasions are real, but the calendar shading is a feel for the week — we're a young business and we won't dress that up as data.
Two practical notes: host partners' guests save 10%, and our regulars mostly fold visits like these into Swan Circle membership so the calendar part takes care of itself.
What they all have in common
Look at the six and you'll see one thread: every occasion is a day when drinking enough water was either impossible, forgotten, or not keeping up. Nobody books a drip for a quiet day when they felt great. They book for the days that spend them — and they'd rather spend the day itself on the event than on catching up from it. That's the entire logic of the calendar above.
